Daily meditation practice save my day !!

Updated: Feb 7

I started meditations by Dr. Joe Dispeza last June 2020. I have experimented with many meditation techniques in the past. I had tried Jose Silva, Monroe Institute, Wayne Dyer, Louis Hays, Abraham Hicks and traditional yoga meditations.

Although I had tremendous benefits from these meditation techniques from them in the last 30 years, nothing has ever worked as effectively as Dr. Joe Dispenza's meditations.

His meditation formula is pretty scientific, especially incorporating Kundalini breathing techniques to awakening eight body energy centers (called chakras in yoga) by kundalini breath, has well-practiced in yogi.

I have researched an origination of Kundalini, and here is what I gathered.

Although Kundalini yoga is practiced around the world, its origin is unknown. The concept of Kundalini energy has been around for centuries and was mentioned in ancient Vedic texts from 1,000 B.C.

Kundalini yoga is most associated with Yogi Bhajan, a yoga teacher from Pakistan. He's credited with introducing the practice to Western countries in the 1960s.

The term "Kundalini" comes from the Sanskrit word "kundal," which means "circular." It also refers to a coiled snake. And according to practitioners, Kundalini energy is like that coiled snake: It sits at the base of your spine, sleeping and unaroused.

Kundalini yoga is practiced to activate this energy, which allows it to move up and through the chakras along your spine.

In yoga, chakras (I refer this to Energy Centers) are the seven energy centers in your body. They include:

  • root chakra

  • sacral chakra

  • naval, or solar plexus, chakra

  • heart chakra

  • throat chakra

  • third eye chakra

  • crown chakra

As Kundalini energy rises, it's believed to help balance these chakras and contribute to your spiritual wellness.

With regular practice, Kundalini yoga is said to lead to spiritual enlightenment. It is called a "Kundalini awakening.

" When awakened, Kundalini is described as rising up from the muladharachakra, through the central nadi (called sushumna) inside or alongside the spine reaching the top of the head. The progress of Kundalini through the different chakras is believed to achieve different levels of awakening and a mystical experience, until Kundalini finally reaches the top of the head, Sahasrara or crown chakra, producing an extremely profound transformation of consciousness.

Dr. Joe Dispenza has many meditation series introduced, and they are available free from YouTube and purchase available from his website, drjoedispenza.com.

I will share one of his meditations called "The blessing of the energy centers" This meditation incorporates the short practice of his breathing techniques and guided meditations to open up each energy center.

According to Joe, each energy center in our body is under the control of the autonomic nervous system (autonomic meaning automatic), and each center has its own energetic frequency, carries its own message, has its own intent, and possesses its own consciousness. Essentially, each center is like a mini, individual brain

Because each center is under the control of the autonomic nervous system, each center has its own glands, and glands secrete chemicals and hormones. The role of hormones is to harmonize the body. When done correctly, this process creates syntropy (the tendency towards energy concentration, order, organization, and life) and coherence in each one of those centers.

As you create ordered patterns of energy in each of those centers, that's information each organ, tissue, and cell can draw from. This teaching is one of the best ways to create order, harmony, health, and balance in your life, both within and without.

I love this meditation because it helps me to relax and open up my heart center and feel the joy of life in this body with great gratitude towards everything and everyone. I practice mediations 1-2 hours daily. I found it most effective when I practiced them really early in the morning, between 3 am-6 am. I have learned in the past that our brainwave tends to stay between alpha and theta frequencies during the night. During the brainwave frequencies, the body is very relaxed, and the mind is in a hypnotic state.

There are many testimonials by Dr. Joe Dispenza's students who had mystical experiences during his meditation practices and consciousness shift and awakening. Many of the testimonials are made by people who had done his meditations and taken workshops, who have recovered from serious health disorders and diseases such as M.S. (multiple sclerosis), Parkinson, Terminal cancers, autoimmune disease, severe allergies, depression, PTSD, and on. I hope you would give it a try along with your daily meditation and see if it enhances more clarity in your daily life!! 😀
